DROID RAZR HD And DROID RAZR MAXX HD Coming To Verizon Wireless In One Week

On October 18, Verizon Wireless will launch two additional DROID RAZR smartphones: the DROID RAZR HD and DROID RAZR MAXX HD by Motorola. Both new phones are exclusive to Verizon Wireless.  

Verizon Wireless touts the new DROID RAZR HD as the most compact 4.7-inch smartphone. This phone features Corning Gorilla Glass and DuPont KEVLAR fiber for durability as well as a protective layer of water-repellant nanocoating. Key specifications of the DROID RAZR HD include the4.7-inch Super AMOLED HD display, 4G LTE connectivity, 16GB of internal storage, an 8-megapixel camera, and 40 percent greater battery capacity than the original DROID RAZR.

The DROID RAZR MAXX HD comes with the same features as the DROID RAZR HD but offers a longer battery life and additional internal storage. In fact, this phone claims to have a battery life of up to 32 hours of normal use. The DROID RAZR MAXX HD has 32GB of internal storage.

Both of these new smartphones are Global Ready, enabling you to place calls and send emails from more than 205 countries around the world.   The DROID RAZR HD will be available for $199.99 and the DROID RAZR MAXX HD will be $299.99. Both phones require a new two-year contract.
