BitFenix Unveils Ghost Chassis Built for Silence and Liquid Cooling
The Ghost is built with Serenitek silencing material that coats the inside of the front and side panels, and anti-vibration HDD trays, rubber grommets on the PSU, and quiet 120mm Spectre fans all contribute to the noise-reducing effort. By removing the top fan filter, users can access the compartment designed for a 240mm radiator to accommodate a liquid cooling setup.
The Ghost’s NanoChrome finish is designed to blend plastic and metal parts so you can’t tell the difference--which, if it’s as good as advertised, will be a sensation--and the pre-modded rails inside are made for LED strips for an easy and attractive lighting scheme.
Four USB ports (two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0) populate a front panel, along with the Bitfenix S4 hot-swap bay so users can swap out disks without opening the case.
In the U.S., the Ghost will be available at the end of the month for $99.
