Bethesda Posts Fallout 3 Teaser

Fallout fans rejoice! Bethesda Softworks has posted a short teaser for their currently under development Fallout 3. After purchasing the rights to the franchise from Interplay a few years ago, it's great to see that Bethesda is taking the task of creating the third installment of the Fallout series seriously. Having been a Fallout fan for years I admit to that after hearing Bethesda would be making the third fallout I was a bit apprehensive. Bethesda has made some great games including the wildly popular Elder Scrolls series but as any Fallout fan knows Fallout is not just about game play, it’s also about the way our favorite post-nuclear-holocaust world is portrayed. With that said if the new teaser is any indication of Bethesda's dedication to making Fallout 3 live up to the expectations of fans, I think the project is moving in the right direction.

Bethesda is hoping to have Fallout 3 on shelves in the fall of 2008. Let’s cross our fingers that there aren't any delays. Oh, and on a personal note, I hope they give that dirty old vault 13 suit a makeover! Watch the new Fallout 3 teaser here.
