The machines share many of the same slick features with the most notable being a very thin profile, and screens with thin bezels. The 13-inch and 14-inch ZenBooks also have a cool NumberPad that crams a full-size LED-illuminated number keypad into the touchpad. The ZenBook 15 has a full-size standard number pad. The lack of a number pad is something that bothers folks about small notebooks when it comes to entering lots of numbers. The entire trio of new ZenBook models has 3D IR cameras that support Windows Hello facial logins, even in low-light environments.

The range of new models has the latest 8th gen Intel Core i7 quad-core processors and up to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Max-Q graphics. ASUS will also cram up to 16GB of RAM inside the machines and fast PCIe SSDs for storage along with Gigabit-class WiFi connectivity. Laptops like these need to be robust to survive life on the road, and ASUS made the new ZenBook range to MIL-STD-810G to survive altitude, temperature, humidity, drop, and shock.
