ASUS Extreme N7800GT TOP SILENT/2DHTV

A GeForce 7800GT with no fans?  Better make sure that case has plenty of ventilation and a little extra slot space for the cooler on this thing! VR-Zone lit it up and it's typical Asus top-notch stuff.

The temperature of the N7800GT under load seems directly related to the airflow of the CPU fan. Those with a weak CPU fan can expect to see higher temperatures than those with a CPU fan that has more airflow. However, users of heatsinks that do not have a fan in the usual position over the CPU heatsink (and under the N7800GT's heatsink, in this case) might want to think twice about getting this card, since such a setup would probably mean little airflow over the N7800GT's heatsink and therefore overheating problems. Users with particularly tall CPU heatsinks may also want to avoid this card.
