AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Falls To A Crazy Low 50% Off Price For Deal Seekers

Ryzen 7 2700X 2
AMD's Ryzen 3000 family of Zen 2 processors is burning up the sales charts due to their value pricing and multi-threaded benchmark prowess. But now that the Ryzen 3000 processors have had a few months to "spread their wings" so to speak, some rather deep discounts can be found on the previous generation Ryzen 2000 processors.

In today's deal in particular, we have the Ryzen 7 2700X which previously served as the flagship for AMD's mainstream desktop family. Micro Center is selling the processor right now for $159.99, which represents a 50 percent discount from its original list price. This is nearly a $40 discount from the previous low price that we've detailed on this processor.

With this in mind, we must caution you that availability of this deal is rather limited. Micro Center only has 25 locations spread throughout the United States across 15 states (you can see the available store locations here). The $159.99 price is available either in-store or online for in-store pickup. Unfortunately, you aren't able to have the processor shipped to you.

Ryzen 7 2700X

For those that need a refresher, the Ryzen 7 2700X is based on AMD's 12nm Pinnacle Ridge architecture and features an octa-core design. It has a base clock of 3.7GHz and can boost to 4.3GHz.

For those that don't have a Micro Center close by, you can still pick the processor up from Amazon, which is selling it for $194.99 with free shipping to anywhere in the United States.
