We're all a bit antsy for NVIDIA to launch another round of mobile GPUs for laptops, and evidently that day is drawing near. In fact, that day is so close that Lenovo is apparently bursting at the seams. On a support page for its Legion Y530 and Legion Y7000P laptops, Lenovo references an unreleased GeForce GTX 1160. It doesn't appear to be a typo. The GeForce GTX 1160 designation sits alongside a few other GPU options, namely the existing GeForce GTX 1050 and GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, both of which come in 2GB and 4GB flavors. Lenovo has refreshed its Legion family of gaming laptops right smack dab in the middle of E3 with the new Y530, Y730 and Y7000. All of these machines come with 8th generation Coffee Lake-based Intel Core processors along with GeForce GTX 1050 Series discrete graphics. The Legion Y530 is a 15.6-inch class notebook that is powered by either a Core i5-8300H or a Core i7-8750H processor, which can be paired with up to 32GB of DDR4-2666 memory.
