Acer has not shied away from offering big and burly desktops for gamers, even if it means attaching a price tag that many people will find cost prohibitive, like the $8,999 Predator X21. A little more sane (a lot more, actually) is the company's upcoming and unannounced Predator Helios 500. This is one of several laptops in the pipeline to incorporate Intel's also-unannounced Coffee Lake-H processors. We are all patiently waiting for Intel to release processors based on its 10-nanometer Cannon Lake architecture, but in the meantime, the company may not be finished extending out its Coffee Lake play. A leaked roadmap indicates that Intel is brewing several more Coffee Lake lines, including desktop, mobile, and server solutions, all of which will debut later this year and stretch into 2019. Starting with the server market, the leaked roadmap shows Intel releasing a Coffee Lake-E line in the second quarter of this year.
