Maybe we're suffering from delusions, but does MSI's newest all-in-one PC look eerily similar to Apple's previous line of Cinema Displays? (Hint: yes.) That small detail aside, the Wind Top AE1900 does look like a pretty stellar machine, particularly for those who value style over all else. The all white machine dons a glossy coat and features a 19-inch touch panel that encourages users to point their way around applications rather than just mouse around.
