Acer announced the new Iconia Tab A200 tablet. As the latest addition to Acer's tablet lineup, the Iconia Tab A200 features a 10.1-inch display (1280 x 800) as well as an attractive price of $329.99. The tablet will ship with Android 3.2 aka Honeycomb and Acer will offer a free upgrade to Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) in mid-February. The Iconia Tab A200 weighs 1.5 pounds and features a titanium gray-colored casing and patterned back side. About a month ago, Acer revealed a new Iconia Tab A200 tablet running on Ice Cream Sandwich that features a NVIDIA Tegra 2 Dual Core 1 GHz processor. At the time of the announcement, Acer indicated the tablet would ship sometime in January which makes us think we should see the tablet at CES next week. Now, we're also hearing rumors of a new tablet from Acer that will sport even more power. A Russian site called NoMobile claims Acer has a new tablet in the works called the Iconia Tab A700. This tablet is said to feature a Tegra 3 processor along with a 10.1-inch display that supports a resolution of 1920 x 1200.
