Titanfall 2 First Free DLC Angel City's Most Wanted Brings Skins, Titan Kits And More Dropping November 30th

If you’ve been showering enemies with death and destruction in Titanfall 2 for the past month, then you’ll be happy to learn that the first round of DLC is just around the corner. Respawn announced that the game’s first DLC pack, entitled Angel City's Most Wanted, is arriving on November 30th.

As its name suggests, this DLC gives gamers access to the Angel City map that was popular in the original Titanfall. If you preordered Titanfall 2, the map will be available to you on November 30th — everyone else gains access on December 3rd. Other niceties in store for gamers include the Wingman Elite Pistol and six all-new Titan Kits.

Best of all, this content is being provided free of charge for Titanfall 2 gamers. “We believe that in order to maintain a healthy community we shouldn’t be segmenting players behind paywalls for these things,” writes the Respawn team.

This update also brings with it an in-game store that allows you to purchase strictly cosmetic items that don’t affect the excellent gameplay that Titanfall 2 has to offer. Items like skins, camouflage and Prime Titans are all available for a “modest price” according to the developer.

“We will have no in-game currency exchange. No locked loot boxes, crafting shards or pay-to-win weaponry. No RNG. If you see something you like, you buy it and that’s it.”

But this is not all that you can expect to come from Respawn over the new few weeks. As 2016 comes to a close, there will be Double XP weekends, new “Game Mode Twists” for online multiplayer, and giveaways that includes items such as signed posters and a Titanfall 2 art book.

“We’ve got more that we’re working through but isn’t ready for prime time just yet,” adds Respawn. “What I hope you’ll take away from this as that this is just the start. We are committed to supporting Titanfall 2 for the long haul and look forward to taking this journey with you.”
