Samsung TouchWiz UX Update Coming Soon To Galaxy Tab 10.1
Samsung's Mobile team has just announced that the first major software update to the hot-selling Tab 10.1 will go out early next month, with the company's homegrown TouchWiz UX (with Live Panel) interface making its debut in New York City.
The Tab will be the first majorly overhauled Android 3.1 tablet, and the company also promises their Mini Apps services. It will feature a redesigned Samsung Media Hub UI, built-in Amazon Music Cloud Player / Amazon Kindle / Words with Friends applications, select enterprise mobile solutions (no real details there) and who knows what else.
It will be distributed between 1-6pm ET to the public and press alike on August 3rd, but others who can't make it will have to look for an OTA download in the coming weeks. Patience, patience...
