Samsung's Galaxy S8 Buy One Get One Free Offer Smokes Other Carrier Deals
The biggest “gotcha” here is that you have to be a T-Mobile customer. Given that T-Mobile is the nation’s third-largest wireless carrier, that stipulation isn’t exactly a death sentence. From there, it couldn’t be any simpler to get your free Galaxy S8. The first step is to buy both smartphones direct from Samsung. Next, you have to activate a single T-Mobile line via Samsung.com. Once you complete those two steps, Samsung will refund the purchase price for one of the two Galaxy S8 smartphones purchased within 7 to 10 business days. That’s a hell of a lot better than waiting two agonizing months.
You can mix and match your purchases if you wish (i.e. a Galaxy S8 and a Galaxy S8+ or two Galaxy S8+ smartphones), but you will only receive a refund of $750 for the second device. We should also mention that Samsung is further sweetening the deal by including a two free Entertainment Kits at the time of purchase. Each Entertainment Kit includes a Clear View standing case, Samsung 64GB MicroSD EVO+, and a six-month subscription to Netflix (two-stream plan).
This sounds like a pretty stellar deal if you’re a T-Mobile customer, or are thinking of switching over to T-Mobile. And given how highly we think of Samsung’s new Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ (rear the HotHardware review here), perhaps now is the time to strike when it comes to get your hands on the best Android flagship currently on the market.
If you need a refresher, the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ features 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch QHD Super AMOLED edge-to-edge displays respectively, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 64GB onboard storage, and Samsung’s Bixby digital AI assistant.
