The Galaxy Note 10 launch is just around the corner (less than two weeks from now), and of course that means a rush of leaks and rumors in the homestretch. Notable leaker Evan Blass (@evleaks on Twitter) is yet again the source of a Galaxy Note 10 leak, this time in regards to a freebie phone offer through Verizon.
Unfortunately, his Twitter account has been switched to private, so that only followers can see his posts. Boo! Fortunately, however, several sites managed to grab and post a screenshot of the leaked ad in question before his account went dark to outsiders. Here it is...

Blass is known for leaking accurate information, though it would appear that in this case, Verizon probably took exception, hence why his account is set to private. There are no do-overs on the Internet, however, and so Verizon is playing a losing game of 'Put the Cat Back in the Bag'.
In any event, the leaked ad reveals that Verizon will be offering a free Galaxy Note 10 handset when purchasing a Galaxy Note 10+ 5G. The ad also essentially confirms availability on Verizon's 5G network in the US.
This is a dandy promotion, particularly for tech enthusiasts who have a significant other, sibling, roommate, or whoever, who may not care about bleeding edge connectivity. Sally, for example, could keep the Galaxy Note 10+ 5G for herself and give the Galaxy Note 10 to her sister Jane.
The value of the promotion is yet to be revealed, though as a point of reference, the Galaxy S10 5G costs around $1,300, while the Galaxy S10+ costs $800 (unlocked) or $1,000 (carrier specific).
The Galaxy Note 10 is rumored to feature a 6.3-inch 60Hz display, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage, along with a 3,600 mAh battery. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S10+ is said to rock a 6.8-inch display and a larger 4,300 mAh battery. Both will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 855 Plus processor.
Samsung will unveil its Galaxy Note 10 family on August 7.
