New HotHardware Forum On-Line!

Hey HotHardware Fans!  As you've probably noticed, we've had a lot going on here in the last few weeks.  We recently revamped the home page to speed things up and to incorporate new features that allow you add your own comments to our news, that ease social bookmarking of our news and articles, and to generally make it easier to navigate through our content.

This week we've made another major change and have updated our forum software; you have to check it out.  In addition to simply making it easier to chat with other PC enthusiasts, our new forum is rife with new features like tagging, a WYSIWYG-like editor, and easy to browse sections that track your discussions, and most active and unanswered posts.  There's always a lot going on in the HH forums - if you want to get in on the action, login now and give us your thoughts on some of the new features, or maybe help someone decide on some parts for a new build, or just chew some fat in the lounge where almost anything goes.

You can access the forum using the link right at the top of the page, or by simply clicking here.  If you're not already member, sign up right now. It'll only take you a few minutes and then you'll be able to tap the resources of thousands of members for help, or just to talk with other like minded power users!

Marco Chiappetta

Marco Chiappetta

Marco's interest in computing and technology dates all the way back to his early childhood. Even before being exposed to the Commodore P.E.T. and later the Commodore 64 in the early ‘80s, he was interested in electricity and electronics, and he still has the modded AFX cars and shop-worn soldering irons to prove it. Once he got his hands on his own Commodore 64, however, computing became Marco's passion. Throughout his academic and professional lives, Marco has worked with virtually every major platform from the TRS-80 and Amiga, to today's high end, multi-core servers. Over the years, he has worked in many fields related to technology and computing, including system design, assembly and sales, professional quality assurance testing, and technical writing. In addition to being the Managing Editor here at HotHardware for close to 15 years, Marco is also a freelance writer whose work has been published in a number of PC and technology related print publications and he is a regular fixture on HotHardware’s own Two and a Half Geeks webcast. - Contact: marco(at)hothardware(dot)com
