Microsoft's SkyDrive iPad App Updates With New Features + Retina Display Support

The company's SkyDrive for iPad app has just been refreshed in a major way, bringing support for the new iPad's Retina display resolution. That's obviously a boon for those using their iPad for productivity, and considering that SkyDrive also enables users to look at images and documents from the app itself, the higher-res support now seems even more impossible-to-live-without.
