Microsoft’s Lumia 635 Heads To Sprint For $168 Off Contract

It’s hard to believe this, but the Lumia 635 is actually the fist Lumia device to grace Sprint’s wireless network. The smartphone has been available on Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile since December 23, and it finally made its way to the flagship Sprint brand yesterday.

The entry-level smartphone will be available on Sprint for free with a new, two-year contract. If you choose the no-contract option, the Lumia 635 will cost you $168. You can also go the Sprint Easy Pay route, which will see you paying an additional $7 per month for the cost of the smartphone.

The Lumia 635 was first announced way back in early April 2014 and isn’t exactly brimming with high-end components. The smartphone features a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, a meager 512MB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, and a 4.5-inch (854x480) display. The smartphone does manage to cram in 4G LTE capabilities.

The Lumia 635 isn’t exactly an exciting offering for Sprint’s wireless network, but it’s relatively affordable and will at least get you LTE connectivity.
