Good products at lower prices? That's always a plus, particularly when we're talking about some of favorite devices on the planet: solid state drives.
Intel has shown to produce high quality goods in the SSD arena, but slowly and surely, SSD prices are falling. In order to keep pace with rivals, Intel has today announced intentions to crank down some MSRPs on its SSD range. First off, it's expanding the SSD 330 Series with a new 240GB version. Secondly, Intel will be lowering the asking price on a number of Intel SSDs, including the
SSD 520, 330 and 320 Series lines, but no specific numbers are given at the moment.
Bigger and cheaper is sure hard to complain about; kudos, Intel.
