Here's How To Watch Today's OnePlus 6 Announcement Live Stream
After numerous leaks, a whole bunch of rumors, and plenty of speculation OnePlus is (at the time of this writing) just hours away from launching its next flagship phone, the OnePlus 6. The event kicks off in London today at 12:00 PM Eastern (9:00 AM Pacific) during a scheduled press event at the Copper Box Arena. Assuming you have not booked ticket to attend in person, you can still watch the unveiling as it unfolds, as OnePlus will be live streaming the event.
All you have to do is check back here once things get going and mash play on the embedded live stream below, or hit the source link and do the same.
We are not expecting a bunch of surprises from the event, as many of the details have already been leaked out. Even some press renders of the OnePlus 6 found their way to the web already after Amazon Germany posted a product listing for the phone with a Mirror Black finish. It's a sharp looking phone, and as expected it has a notch on the display that is similar to the iPhone X (and a growing number of Android phones).
The press renders also reveal a dual camera arrangement on the rear with the dual sensors stacked vertically, underneath which sits an LED flash and fingerprint sensor. It's said the phone will ship with 20-megapixel and 16-megapixel sensor on the back, and a 16-megapixel shooter on the front, nestled within the display notch.
OnePlus previously confirmed the OnePlus 6 will arrive with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, currently the fastest available from Qualcomm. The phone will also offer either 6GB of RAM paired with 64GB of onboard storage or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Either way, users will be able to expand storage with a microSD card slot. It also boasts USB-C connectivity and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
All that is really left is the price, at least officially. Unofficially, the Amazon Germany listing had the 6GB/64GB model priced at €519 ($622), and the higher end 8GB/128GB model at €569 ($681).
