The RAM kits are made using ultra-high performance Samsung B-die DDR4 ICs. G.SKILL's Trident Z RGB memory kit is DDR-4000MHz with timings of CL18-19-19-39 and is 32GB with a quartet of 8GB modules. The image of the charts shows some stress tests running on the memory kit that were performance with the RAM plugged into ASUS ROG MAXIMUS X HERO mainboard with an Intel Core i5-8600K processor.
G.SKILL's Trident Z memory kit has an even faster frequency rated for DDR4-4600MHz with timings of CL19-25-25-45 and is a 16GB kit with a pair of 8GB sticks at 1.5V. The validation test for this kit was performed with it plugged into an ASUS ROG MAXIMUS X APEX mainboard using an Intel Core i5-8600K processor.
For the folks using Coffee Lake processors in workstations and PCs that will be used for content creation, G.SKILL has a RAM kit aimed specifically at you. This is a DDR4-4200MHz 32GB kit with timings of CL19-21-21-41 and four 8GB modules running at 1.4V. The test results for that memory were conducted on a ROG Maximus X Formula mainboard and an Intel Core i5-8600K processor.
