Apple HomePod Siri Speaker Discounted By $100 For Holiday Deal Shoppers

Apple fans who have been jealous that Amazon Echo and Google Home smart speakers have been steep getting discounts this holiday season have something to be happy about. B&H Photo and Video has a deal going right now on the Apple HomePod speaker that sees a brand new unit in white or gray colors offered for less than the refurbished price direct from Apple. B&H is offering a holiday savings of $100 off on Apple HomePod speakers.

B&H has a limited supply of HomePod speakers available in Space Gray or White colors for $249 instead of the normal $349 price. The biggest caveat to the B&H deal is that right now it is out of stock on both HomePod colors. However, the authorized Apple Reseller notes on the product listings that more stock is expected in the next 1-3 business days.

You can sign up for notifications when the HomePod is back in stock at the discounted price or roll the dice and order the HomePod at the $249 price and hope stock is refilled and that the limited supply at that price holds out. The HomePod might not be the most popular smart speaker on the market, but when discounted at this level it typically completely sells out. HomePod has been praised for its sound quality and received an in May that added support for stereo mode and multi-room audio.

Apple launched the HomePod earlier this year with pre-orders starting in January. If you are in the market for Apple gear for Christmas giving, but you don't want a HomePod, there have been recent good deals on the 9.7-inch iPad at Amazon and Target that could get you a tablet for $249.
