Acer Aspire Z3-600 All-In-One PC Packs A Built-In Battery

One has to wonder how much longer the tried-and-true all-in-one PC will stick around, as the world continues to shift to more mobile form factors and desktops become a thing of the past. That said, there's still a lot of life left in certain markets (storefronts, education, healthcare, etc.), and Acer's new Aspire Z3-600 hopes to hit as many of those sectors as possible. The new machine offers up a 21.5" Full HD display, a built-in carry handle, Harman Kardon speakers, and a 10-point capacitive touchscreen.

Crazier still, this AIO actually boasts a built-in battery, which can last for up to 2.5 hours off of the AC outlet. Why? Well, it's the perfect party machine, that's why. It can also lay totally flat for table placement, and there's also an HDMI input if you'd like to see how your Xbox One and PS4 fare on an AIO display. Other ports include a USB 3.0 socket as well as two USB 2.0 ports.

It'll ship this month in the US for $779, and if you're the type of person who'd take advantage of the built-in battery, that's a fairly solid deal. It's fairly unique in that regard.
