AMD continues their procession of new ATI Radeons today, with a couple of new entry-level offerings targeted at users who would like to upgrade from underpowered IGPs. Like the Radeon HD 4670 that came before it, the new Radeon HD 4550 and HD 4350 being rolled out today are based on the same GPU architecture first introduced with the popular Radeon HD 4800 series. Early last year, Antec launched their gaming line of cases with the Antec Nine Hundred - instantly garnering praise throughout the PC enthusiast crowd. It's main claim to fame was the complete openess of the front bezel, using perforated bays and 120mm fans to keep airflow rushing inside. Today at HotHardware, we have looked at two affordably priced Core 2 platforms based on the Intel P3x series chipset, to see if there were any major differences in terms of performance, features, and overclockability between the two. MadShrimps has posted a brief article which outlines a budget-oriented mission to overclock two different Intel CPU's well beyond 4GHz. Both the moderately priced Pentium D 805 and the Celeron D 356 were placed in an ASUS P5LD2 motherboard and cooled by a Thermaltake Sonic Tower heatsink.
