Asus is planning to roll out a number of new notebooks and netbooks that are outfitted with updated enclosures, ultra-low-voltage processors and keyboard and touchpad lighting, among many other features. The Asus UX50 is a lightweight notebook featuring an Intel Core 2 Solo SU33000 ULV processor, the Eee PC 1008HA Seashell is the latest netbook is Asus' line-up, and the powerful Asus U80V sports an illuminated touchpad that traces the user’s fingertip movements and AI Light Sensor technology to control display, keyboard and touchpad lighting. Marco Chiappetta
Marco's interest in computing and technology dates all the way back to his early childhood. Even before being exposed to the Commodore P.E.T. and later the Commodore 64 in the early ‘80s, he was interested in electricity and electronics, and he still has the modded AFX cars and shop-worn soldering irons to prove it.
