Acer announced the new Iconia Tab A200 tablet. As the latest addition to Acer's tablet lineup, the Iconia Tab A200 features a 10.1-inch display (1280 x 800) as well as an attractive price of $329.99. The tablet will ship with Android 3.2 aka Honeycomb and Acer will offer a free upgrade to Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) in mid-February. The Iconia Tab A200 weighs 1.5 pounds and features a titanium gray-colored casing and patterned back side. We knew Acer was working on a Tegra 2 powered tablet running Ice Cream Sandwich, but thanks to a recent press release, we now have additional details and an official announcement to confirm this tablet. The ICONIA TAB A200 will feature NVIDIA Tegra 2 Dual Core 1 GHz processor, a full-size USB port, a microSD card slot, a 2MP web cam, and a 10.1-inch multitouch screen.
