YouTube Enables Slomo Video Feature Enhancement Tool

As of today, you can find the slomo tool in the YouTube Editor, alongside the stabilization tool and other effects. The slomo tool lets you adjust the speed by percentages, giving you some control over just how excruciating that clip of your dog drooling really is.
