First Units Of Xiaomi Mi MIX Bezel-Less Flagship Phone Sells Out In 10 Seconds
Try wrapping your head around that for a moment. If you had tried to buy one of these things and made the mistake of blinking, you would have been too slow on the draw. Even without blinking you probably would have been edged out everyone else hammering the site to order Xiaomi's first ever smartphone with an edge-to-edge display.

There were two variants that went up for sale. One was the Standard Edition with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space for 3,499 yuan (around $518) and the other was an Exclusive Edition with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of storage for 3,999 yuan (about $590). Ten seconds isn't even enough time to pause and second guess the model you picked out before completing the order.
We should point out that we have no idea how many units Xiaomi made available for its initial sales run so selling out in and of itself might not be all that impressive. Still, even for a low inventory item, 10 seconds is incredibly fast. It also trumps the 50 seconds it took for Xiaomo to sell out of its Mi Note 2 when it was first made available.
It's not difficult to imagine there being high demand for the Mi MIX. This is a flagship phone that is well equipped with plenty of storage, RAM, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor. And not only is the display virtually bezel free, it's rather large at 6.2 inches.
