Valve Adds 37 New Titles to Steam Greenlight Service
"Today we’ve Greenlit another batch of 37 titles to advance through Steam Greenlight, and be offered worldwide distribution via Steam," Valve announced. "These titles were selected on the same criteria we have been using in the past: Votes in Greenlight give us a hugely valuable point of data in gauging community interest along with external factors such as press reviews, crowd-funding successes, performance on other similar platforms, and awards and contests to help form a more complete picture of community interest in each title."
In alphabetical order, the newly greenlit titles include Aartform Curvey 3D 3.0, Alien Swarm FP, Axis Game Factory - AGF Pro v01.0, Blood the Werewolf, CastleMiner Z, Elder Sign: Omens, The Fall, Fester Mudd: Curse of the Gold, The Fifth Day, Fotonica, Fortress Forever, Fran Bow, Half-Life 2: Capture the Flag, Hot Tin Roof, Ikaruga, Infinity Wars - *Animated* Trading Card Game, InkFish, J.U.L.I.A. Enhanced Edition, Metal War Online, Montague's Mount, Neighbours from Hell Compilation, Neverending Nighmares, Nighmares from the Deep: The Cursed Heart, Portal Remake Mod, Ravensword: Shadowlands, Real World Racing, RimWorld, Starship Corporation, Steam Marines, Tiny Barbarian DX, TowerClimb, The Sparkle 2: EVO, (un_Lucky7, Underhell, Universum: War Front, Vilett, Wrack.
The inclusion of Fester Mudd: Curse of the Gold is perhaps further proof that old school style adventure gaming isn't dead. Fester Mudd comes from Replay Games, the same developer Al Lowe and company tasked with rebooting Leisure Suit Larry following a successful Kickstarter campaign.
