Supposed Nexus 5 User Manual Leaks to Web and Reveals the Full Monty
The folks at Android Police were the beneficiaries of the lengthy document from an anonymous tipster, which they so kindly posted in full online for all to see. A good place to start is with the phone's specifications so that we can see what's been upgraded over the Nexus 4.

According to the leaked document, the Nexus 5 will feature a 4.95-inch Full HD 1080p IPS display, Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3GHz (MSM8974), 2GB of RAM, 16GB/32GB of internal storage, 8MP rear-facing camera, 1.3MP front-facing camera, wireless charging, NFC support, Bluetooth 4.0, micro SIM slot, notification light, UMTS/GSM/CDMA/LTE compatibility, and a 2300mAh battery.
The 281-page user manual is a rough draft so some details may change, though at this stage, we wouldn't expect any major deviations from the above listed specs.
Also confirmed in the manual is that LG is once again building Google's smartphone. The two got off to a rocky start with the Nexus 4, as LG struggled to build enough devices to fulfill demand. Both companies pointed the finger at one another, Google saying it was a manufacturing issue on LG's part and LG claiming Google underestimated how many devices it would need.
