Steve Jobs' Official Bio Already Revised
In reality, so did the family of the author, Walter Isaacson. He was already never quite sure about the title, which looked snarky to us, and his wife and daughter seemed to agree. They thought it was "cutesy."
And now Isaacson has persuaded his publisher to go with something simpler and not snarky at all. Some (like us) might call it boring: Steve Jobs: A Biography. Only the title has been revised; the release date hasn't changed and is still March 6, 2012.
The book is available for pre-order from numerous sites, including Barnes and Noble (linked), which still has the new title but an old mocked up image (since the jacket apparently hasn't been designed yet).
Isaacson has written three other biographies, including Kissinger: A Biography (1992), Benjamin Franklin: An American Life (2003) and Einstein: His Life and Universe (2007).
