Several Video Game Emulators Booted From Android Market
According to Zhang, his developer account has been removed and his apps pulled without warning. Fortunately for Android users, the Android Market is not the only place to buy apps.
Even without rooting, most phones can sideload, which means install from non-Android Market stores (we use the term most until AT&T completes pushing out its updates to enable the functionality on its phones). Thus, Zhang has already migrated his apps to alternative store SlideME.

Why the app pull by Google? Well, it all started with a complaint from Sega. It's the same argument frequently made over emulators of this type. Although it's really the video game ROMs that are pirated, the emulators "foster" piracy.
That said, that doesn't mean we necessarily agree with the move, either by Google or Sega.
