NVIDIA Conference Call Notes
Yahoo Finance has just posted notes from NVIDIA's financial earnings conference call yesterday. Here, the company saw a record revenue of $681.8 million compared to $583.8 million for this quarter last year. Some highlights include an increase of 34% for notebook growth as well as an announced partnership with Intel which will pair GoForce handheld GPU's with Intel's latest XScale processors.
NVIDIA and Intel announced a collaboration to bring high-performance 3D gaming and multimedia platform to handheld devices. The collaboration combines the NVIDIA GoForce(R) family of handheld GPUs with Intel's newest processor family, codenamed Monahans, which is based on the third-generation Intel XScale architecture, to deliver a
powerful development platform to content developers.
