The ASUS Eee PC has shown that there is a substantial market for tiny laptops and thus it isn’t really surprising to see other major players release their own models. Enter the MSI Wind, a mini-notebook that might win the hearts of those looking for more storage space.
"The one kilogram laptop will run Microsoft’s Windows XP on an 8.9-inch or 10-inch wide LCD display on a 1024x 600 resolution. The notebook will ship with a proper 80Gb 2.5-inch hard drive, which is unusual in this class of machine."
