Lexar Media Intros Memory Cards For Gullible Gamers

Ah, memory cards. Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em. Actually, it's pretty easy to live with them, but going about one's life without losing any is the tough part. In order to provide a few options for those in need of more on-hand storage, Lexar Media is expanding its gaming line with Memory Stick Micro (M2) and Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC) cards.

The company is pushing these as cards tailor made for gamers, but in reality, they're just memory cards with fancy labels. They're available in 4GB and 8GB sizes, and while MSRPs aren't readily available, we suspect these will be in stores before the holidays.
