the iBUYPOWER Battalion Touch CZ-10 Multi-Touch gaming notebook we told you
about last week? Well, it's now available for preorder. iBUYPOWER says the system
will ship starting January 22nd though readers with a keen eye may
notice that iBUYPOWER's website says the system could ship a couple days
earlier. Either way, this 15-inch multi-touch gaming notebook is coming soon.
The CZ-10 will start with a price tag of $999. A variety of customization
options are available including a Blu-ray drive, gaming peripherals, up to 8GB
of memory, and more.
Battalion Touch CZ-10 is the first in line of new multi-touch notebooks that take full advantage of the Windows multi-touch features and to incorporate those features into gaming. It features Intel’s Core 2 Duo Mobile P8700 Dual-Core Processor, ATI 4650M video card, 2GB of DDR3 Memory, a 250GM Hard Drive, 6-Cell battery and a built-in card reader. Battalion Touch customers will have the option to upgrade their multi-touch notebook with a Blu-ray drive, up to 8GB of memory, a 500GB Hard Drive, and gaming peripherals.
The Battalion touch screen gaming notebooks is be perfect for Real-Time strategy gaming titles like the upcoming multi-touch optimized strategy title R.U.S.E from Ubisoft, as well as existing titles such as Warcraft III.
