Hands-On with Samsung's Droid Charge 4G LTE Phone
The Droid Charge by Samsung is the second 4G smartphone to come to
Verizon's 4G LTE network. It has a gorgeous 4.3-inch Super AMOLED
display, an 8MP camera with flash and Samsung's slick custom skin for
Android 2.2. We're running this pocket rocket through its paces here in the HH Test Lab but we thought you'd like a quick glimpse of what the phone is made of and what it can do. We're taking it to the city today, to grab some 4G LTE lightning in Beantown but in the meantime, we go hands-on here in our video review -- for your geek pleasure.

The Charge is nice and light-weight, but has a stout 1600 mAh battery on board and claims 11 hours of available talk time with 280 hours on standby. The only drawback of its svelte ways is that the backing on the phone is a bit flimsy feeling. Regardless, as you can see, the device has sharp, angular good looks with viewing angles and contrast, on its 4.3-inch Super AMOLED screen, that are to die for. Hang on to the drool cup.
