[H] vs. Infinium, Zalman Reserator & More

Good afternoon folks!  How is everyone?  Good I hope!  I just got back from a very cool trip to Montreal, where I went to see the Montreal Grand Prix F1 race.  I had an awesome time, and hung out with some very cool people, but it's good to be home!  But there's just something about sleeping in your own bed, isn't there?  Plus, I was going through HotHardware withdrawal!  I had to get back into the swing of things before I had a break down! :)  I thought I'd easy my way back to work with a leisurely afternoon news post...so here goes...

[H]ard|OCP vs. Infinium Labs & Lies:

"Kevin Bachus, Infinium Labs COO, is quoted as saying, "...ultimately all I have is my credibility." WhereIsPhantom.com today takes a KB Networks motion made in Federal Court, digests it, and alleges that Kevin Bachus and Infinium Labs have mislead the court in the legal proceedings surrounding the Phantom Console."

 Zalman Reserator 1 review @ Hexus.Net:

"Zalman's reputation rose to new heights recently with the introduction of some innovative coolers that aim to soothe with silence. There was therefore no chance that I'd turn down a chance to look at their Reserator 1, a completely fanless watercooling system that takes cooling to new heights, literally."

The NVIDIA Albatron FX-5700P Turbo @ GamePyre:

"At the end of the day you get a solid card in the Albatron 5700P Turbo. This card is targeted for near the low end market occupied by the 5600 Ultra and 9600 Pro (under $130). As such, it's an excellent card for the money. You get enough performance to play virtually every game today."

Chenbro Xpider II Case @ PimpRig:

"The drive rail section is also visible through the window. The trim on the window is PVC material like the front bezel and is hard mounted through the door. The window is mounted using screws through the window that are mounted in the black trim. The possibility for a larger custom window is an option for the end user."

That's just about going to do it!  See you soon, brothers and sisters!

Marco's interest in computing and technology dates all the way back to his early childhood. Even before being exposed to the Commodore P.E.T. and later the Commodore 64 in the early ‘80s, he was interested in electricity and electronics, and he still has the modded AFX cars and shop-worn soldering irons to prove it. Once he got his hands on his own Commodore 64, however, computing became Marco's passion. Throughout his academic and professional lives, Marco has worked with virtually every major platform from the TRS-80 and Amiga, to today's high end, multi-core servers. Over the years, he has worked in many fields related to technology and computing, including system design, assembly and sales, professional quality assurance testing, and technical writing. In addition to being the Managing Editor here at HotHardware for close to 15 years, Marco is also a freelance writer whose work has been published in a number of PC and technology related print publications and he is a regular fixture on HotHardware’s own Two and a Half Geeks webcast. - Contact: marco(at)hothardware(dot)com
