AOC is a well-known name when it comes to high performing gaming monitors, and the company is back at it again with the new Agon AG271FZ2 and AG251FZ2, which measure 27 inches and 24.5 inches respectively. The big claim to fame with both of these monitors is an incredibly fast 0.5ms response time.

But it doesn't stop there; we're looking at a maximum 240Hz refresh rate for both monitors along with a AMD FreeSync (dynamic refresh rates supported from 48Hz to 240Hz over both DisplayPort and HDMI connections). Other features include a maximum brightness rating of 400 nits and horizontal/vertical viewing angles of 170 degrees and 160 degrees respectively. And in case you were wondering, both TN panels have a resolution of 1920x1080, which is just about perfect the eSports crowd.

Both monitors feature DisplayPort 1.2, dual HDMI, DVI-D and VGA connectors; two 3W speakers are included; and AOC has incorporated a four-port USB 3.0 hub for connecting additional peripherals. In addition, you'll find proprietary AOC technologies like Shadow Control which help to boost contrast in dark areas and the Low Blue Light Mode, which helps reduce eyestrain by blue light wavelengths). There's also a QuickSwitch selector that allows you to easily select custom settings for up to three game modes.

AOC's latest gaming monitors are currently up for preorder on Amazon. The 27-inch Agon AG271FZ2 is priced at $379.99, while the smaller 24.5-inch Agon AG251FZ2 will set you back $329.99.
