Each player faced off against his opponent, with the winner moving onto the next round. Today's overall winner, will challenge tomorrow's overall winner for a shot at a trip to Shanghai, China to complete in the finals. The players were gaming on IBM boxes, powered by 3.06GHz P4s, 512MB of RAM and GeForce 4 Ti 4600s. The staff at the event was very professional, and the facilities were top-notch.
