Well, it's safe to say that the tablet
flood of 2011 has started. With the Consumer Electronics Show kicking off this week, Stream TV Networks has announced a whopping seven new tablets for the public to see. They're all in the eLocity
line, and honestly, the specifications on each aren't that different from one another.
The 10-inch eLocity A10 line of mobile tablets will be placed up for preorder on January 17th, and the big news is what they'll be running: Android 3.0. Google has yet to even announce this version of Android, and already this company seems to be familiar with it. Honeycomb will be on-board, as will NVIDIA's Tegra 2 processor. They'll also have HDMI outputs, front-facing cameras and varying price points. We are told that the new eLocity A10.1, A10.2, A10.3, A10.4, A10.5, A10.6 and A10.7 models will have the highest screen resolution within the mobile tablet category, but further details are being kept low.
At this point, though, we're just happy to hear that Honeycomb is a reality, and we suspect other tablet makers will be using it shortly.
