
Verizon Wireless will offer its first netbook with LTE connectivity on August 4. The Compaq Mini CQ10-688nr runs on Windows 7 Home Starter and features a 10.1-inch WSVGA anti-glare display, 1.66GHz Intel Atom Processor, 250GB hard drive, and 1GB DDR3 RAM. The netbook also has a VGA webcam and a media card reader. The Compaq Mini CQ10-688nr is expected to cost $499.99. Various mobile broadband plans are available for the netbook.
