A good significant cut. But whats the point if theres going to be a next ven next year? |

The Kinect's novelty wore off after about an hour and the limited catalogue of games is what discourages it's purchase, not the price. I can't see this having any great effect on sales. @Nicoletoledo maybe it's a sign of things to come. Maybe the new xbox will support the Kinect. Or maybe they're just trying to get rid of inventory. |

If I decide to buy it, it wouldn't be because of gaming. The Kinect can be modded to do many cool things. Such as motion capture for animating character rigs. |

This is one of the few pieces of gaming hardware that I have zero desire in owning. Even the gimmicky Wii had some solid titles. The only decent non-party kinect game is Child of Eden which I happily played with a regular controller. A price cut isnt going to change anything for gamers, and will only draw in more of the family buyers. Good for MS, irrelevant for the hardcore crowd. |
