Runcore Offers Enterprise-Grade Kylin II Solid State Drive

Another day, another entrant into the SSD game. This time it's RunCore, introducing a new high-end enterprise-grade SSD called the Kylin II. It adopts the latest SandForce controller with either 25nm MLC or SLC NAND Flash -- something that we're told has been oft requested by customers. Compared to other enterprise-level SSDs, this one promises even greater reliability and stability. It touts DuraClass technology and supports SATA 6Gbps interfaces, though it's compatible with SATA 3Gbps and 1.5Gbps as well. It'll support NCQ (up to 32 commands), SMART and should be available soon in 50GB, 100GB, 200GB, 300GB, and 400GB capacities. Unfortunately, pricing is a mystery for now.
