Fujitsu decided to kick off the summer with a pair of Lifebok Ultrabook devices: the 13.3-inch Lifebook UH572 for home consumers, and 14-inch LifeBook U772 designed for dudes and dudettes donning a business suit. Both models are powered by Intel's 3rd Generation Core processor line, otherwise known as Ivy Bridge. Convertible Tablet PCs have been around for what feels like forever. We remember these machines being available at least 4-5 years ago, but nearly no one took them seriously. There just wasn't a good operating system available for this form factor, and the battery life was generally too poor for people to use these as dedicated tablets. But that hasn't stopped Fujitsu from continuing to pursue the sector, and now that slates are all the rage, people are probably looking for the best of two worlds more often as well. Ah, Fujitsu! We almost forgot you guys were still making netbooks! The LifeBook MH330, however, is a real looker, and at just 1.1kg, it won't kill your back when lugging it around. It's one of the slimmest netbooks available, and it's available in both black or red. As for specifications and the like, there's a 1.66GHz Atom N450 processor, a 250GB hard drive, Bluetooth 2.1, a 5-in-1 card slot, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and a 10.1" WSVGA display. Fujitsu announced a new dual digitizer touch screen function on the 13.3-inch display of the LifeBook T5010 convertible tablet PC. This function brings multi touch input and the support for two-finger touch actions including panning, rotating, flicks, and zooming. Users can easily switch between pen and touch as well.
