If you're not affected by it, and don't know anyone else who's affected by it, it's easy to brush the issue of gender bias under the rug. According to a study, gaming activates parts of the male brain which are linked to rewarding feelings and addiction. It does so to a much lesser extent among women (no!).Professor Allan Reiss of the Center for Interdisciplinary Brain Sciences Research at Stanford University led the research, published recently in the Journal of Psychiatric Research.
