Samsung's Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet with S Pen is headed to Verizon this week, the wireless carrier announced today. Big Red will sell the device for a penny shy of $600 online and in stores beginning March 7, 2013, which is this Thursday. Verizon subscribers who pick one up can add the tablet to their Share Everything account for $10 per month. Samsung has a treat for Galaxy Note 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 2 owners heading into the weekend. Apple is all in a huff over Samsung allegedly copying the look and feel of its iDevices, but one thing the Cupertino company can't accuse its rival of is making its gadgets equally difficult to service. In fact, based on a recent teardown, the Galaxy Note 10.1 is one of the easier tablets to repair at home. After months of waiting, Samsung today announced that it's Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet will be available globally starting this month. The first batch of shipments will include Wi-Fi only and Wi-Fi + 3G HSPA+ models, with a Wi-Fi + 4G LTE slated for availability sometime "later this year," Samsung said.
