TUL Corporation (or PowerColor, as it were) has just landed a deal with Arctic Coling to bring the latter's heralded cooling solutions to the former's AMD-based graphics cards. Specifically, it's 92mm cooling will soon become an integral part of the Professional Cool Solution (PCS) product line, which will increase air flow at a lower fan speed to dissipate heat from an optimized heat sink. This time they're covering the CPU Market with the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro, but does it live up to AC's quality reputation?
