But even this update to the Apps Store doesn't solve the issues of all developers. Developer Brendan Duddridge added this comment on September 29 to Vegesna's blog: ![]() |

Steve Jobs himself said it was the best mobile device for "gaming". Now there's proof! :) |

"rejections fall under the NDA, prohibiting developers from speaking up about rejections." That shouldn't surprise anybody who follows Apple. The Apple M.O. is to lock down stuff as much as possible to keep the control in its hands so it can charge as much as possible. I REALLY wish the iPods weren't such cool devices! :P |

Anyone know where a copy of the NDA is? I wonder if that's actually written out in the NDA, or is just a fanciful wish of Apple's lawyers. Of course, disclosing the terms of the NDA is probably against the NDA.... |

I am just about ready to make the switch to IPhone I think. Seems like it is becoming better and better each day. Jiff http://www.privacy.es.tc |

Speaking as an iPhone owner, please don't. It really is just a glorified iPod Touch that happens to be able to make phone calls. Getting rid of this once my contract is up. |

I'd just like to comment since I was quoted in this article, that Apple did change the release date for Tap Forms to the proper date (September 28th, 2008) about a day and a half later. I wrote that blog comment perhaps a bit pre-mature since I didn't know at the time if Tap Forms was going to be left at my upload date instead of the approval date. And it's also awesome that Apple has released the NDA. I just submitted Tap Forms 1.0.1, so hopefully it will be approved soon. |
