According to the study, Verizon's network has the fewest issues, beating the competition for the 16th consecutive time in the Northwest region, but also coming out ahead in four out the other five regions. In the North Central region, U.S. Cellular reigns supreme, and has been for 14 consecutive reporting periods.

Which has the least issues in the South West? |

I would agree with that. I have two phones, ATT and Sprint and both are not nearly as good as Verizon. Reception is just plain better for our area with Verizon. In big cities I don't notice much difference. |

Nowadays its not about the quality its abour the price plan. |

That is true, cost is important but if you're losing calls or can't get a signal price doesn't really help that. |
