This is a good thing but if the person in a relationship is abusive and a control freak which it seems most are won't they erase or discontinue it from the persons phone whom there abusing? |

I think that's why these helplines encourage that the victim has a second phone used just for talking on the helpline that they could stash somewhere. They simply need to request one from Verizon's cell phone recycling program. |
